    We need to replace feedback forms with WordPress Comments.

    This will streamline processing. And, it identifies bad IP addresses for security routines.

    I’ll introduce it gradually, by clearing the log-in requirement for discussions in settings. Starting with least busy websites. And, including based on monthly page views.

    It should include a page about leaving feedback. Easiest way is to check for existence of a site feedback page. If none, use a KeČaTa Community Feedback page (publish this first).

    Also, need to change comment form. Best to change ‘Leave A Reply’ text to ‘Has this page helped you? Please leave feedback. See Feedback Notes for details.’

    Amend code from How to Change “Leave a Reply” Text on Worpress Reply Form

    //change text to leave a reply on comment form
    add_filter('comment_form_defaults','kct_comment_reform');
    function kct_comment_reform ($arg) {
    $arg['title_reply'] = __('Leave Feedback:');
    return $arg;
    }

    Best to change ‘Leave A Reply’ text to ‘Has this page helped you? Please leave feedback. See Feedback Notes for details.’

    But, does this also look OK for posts that are inviting comments?

    Maybe, “What do you think of this page? Please share your thoughts here. See Feedback Notes for more information about posting your comments.”

    Or, just leave comment as standard. Then in footer, encourage feedback?
